I joined and found that they don't have tutors available 24/7 like they advertise. I contacted them twice in one day and no tutors were available.
I canceled my account with them and they still billed me the full amount the following month. I even got a cancelation notice yet three weeks later they billed me. I was mad. I am waiting for my money to be returned to me.
When I called them to complain they tried to do a "sales pitch" of tutoring two months for the price of this one charge.
I said NO --- you had no business extracting money from me when I canceled three weeks ago. I will wait five days and if I don't get my money back, I'm calling my bank.
