joined 3 months ago they were helpful for the first and 2nd time as well. Then my son did not use them for a month but I still paid the 99.00 dollars in case he needed it.
When the time arrived for this help we were told he had 10 minutes left on his time we were promised 3 hours a month.I got a manager and this person did not care. So here it TUTOR VISTA in a nut shell
1. Over priced
2. Waste your time eating your minutes
3. Have tutors that do not know the subject
4. Terrible customer service.
We recommend avoiding this company at all cost. Wish me luck canceling my account they demand autopay as well.
