I was extremely frustrated after subscribing to the service, then for some reason was blocked.I loaded up my VPN and used "profane" words like ***.

They threatened to call 911 and sue me for misuse of an educational website and their non-existent ToS. Don't EVER do anything on this website. Their inital lobby is covered in robots with the same name (24/7 support isn't from noone) Even the free trial is a robot named Adrian. The kids are tricked into getting their parents, as they talk about their "P.h.D Holding Tutors" who will help your child.

During my free subscription service, I gave them a simple problem, and it took them 10 minutes to reply. Well, it took the robot 10 minutes to reply. Then, the unclear directions...

P.S.intro is covered in lies, especially 'secure platform' (unverified SSL from India...)
